02. Bookings & Appointments

Appointment requests submitted online are confirmed once a member of our team contacts you. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

03. Estimates & Approvals

We provide an estimate after inspecting your vehicle. No additional work is carried out without your approval, and any changes to the agreed scope are discussed with you first.

04. Payment

Payment is due when your vehicle is collected unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards.

05. Parts & Workmanship

Parts are sourced from trusted suppliers. Details of any warranty that applies to parts or labour are provided on your invoice.

06. Liability

We take every reasonable care with vehicles in our workshop. Please remove personal valuables before your appointment.
